This program is designed for dogs who have aced their Canine Good Citizen (CGC) test and are ready to push their obedience skills to the next level. Focus areas include our polishing and off-leash curriculum, competition-focused heeling techniques, reliable off-leash commands, rock-solid "stay" work in various positions, and distraction-proof recalls that stand strong against the allure of food and toys. Culminating in a public skills test at a park or restaurant, this program prepares your dog to earn both the Advanced Canine Good Citizen (CGCA) and Urban Canine Good Citizen (CGCU) titles.

Have you and your dog graduated from our CGC program (or above)? The Maintenance Class is a fantastic way to keep those impressive skills sharp! This ongoing class provides a fun and social environment for you and your dog to practice obedience commands around other dogs and owners. Regular practice in our "open gym" reinforces good behavior and strengthens your bond throughout your dog's life.

Prerequisite: Obedience Foundations

Looking for a way to keep your dog mentally stimulated and build confidence while having tons of fun? Our Trick Dog program offers two levels of instruction based on the AKC Trick Dog and Do More With Your Dog trick titling programs. From simple high fives to impressive spins and jumps, trick training is a rewarding activity for both you and your furry friend.

Prerequisite: Obedience Foundations

Once a year, we offer a specialized program for CGC graduates who aspire to become certified therapy dogs. This comprehensive course equips you and your canine companion with the skills and knowledge needed to bring joy and comfort to others. Imagine visiting hospitals, nursing homes, schools, or libraries with your furry best friend, spreading pawsitive vibes wherever you go!

Whether you intend to compete in obedience, run hunt tests, or just want to turn a game into a real, structured outlet for your dog -  a formalized retrieve is a    GREAT addition to your dog’s skill set. ANY breed can be taught to retrieve!

Take the teamwork you’ve built with your dog to the next level by getting ready    to earn AKC performance titles with your dog. The same dog training concepts we teach you to use in your every day life during our Obedience Foundations can be brought right into the competition ring through our competition obedience coaching. We will be there every step of the way during your competition journey.
